Time to Give Thanks

Let us all bow our heads for Roundtooth's weekly worship of thanks to something or another.
I see you, put your head back down and keep your hands together.
I'd like to take this moment of silence to express my gratitude for the quick and relaxing mani/pedi (manicure and pedicure) I received yesterday for a mere $22.
Yes, only $22 bitches.
It was heavenly. Just enough massaging of the hands and feet to relax while speedy enough to keep my "to do" list moving along in a prompt fashion.
I should also give thanks for having such a humble pedicurist. You see, I'm not one to shave my short tree stumps of legs that often. Who am I kidding here? I shave those things maybe once a season.
Why bother anymore than that considering that shorts and all other leg revealing items are banned from my wardrobe?
So this chick(?) must have had to hold her tongue when she raised my workout pants to my knees only to find legs that looked like that of an 80 year old woman! (Actually, my grandmother is 84 and has better legs than I had when I was 12 years old-swear!).
So, today I give thanks to the pedicurist (still not sure if it was a he or a she) for keep her giggles to his/herself.
And no, not once did she ever yell out to her fellow pedicurists in vietnamese while tending to my hairy limbs.
